Accolade operates in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Poland, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands. The company has built and leased 51 properties with an area of 2,81 million sqm. The managed portfolio is valued at 2,65 billion EUR. Brno international airport, the second largest in the Czech Republic, is also part of the group.

We own 50% share in the investment group Plan B Investments, which focuses on real estate investments in the region of Central and Eastern Europe, primarily in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The portfolio of 550 million EUR in assets under management mainly consists of commercial real estate such as retail parks, supermarkets or shopping centers.
